Qualifications:

  • Valid only for areas that were properly treated accordingly with a broadcast application of ALOFT liquid formulations in accordance with label directions for control of insects infesting turfgrass, sod and ornamentals in landscapes and surrounding areas around residences, business complexes, industrial complexes, airports, playgrounds, school yards, parks and recreation areas, athletic fields, golf courses, cemeteries, arboretums and non-production greenhouses.
  • The ALOFT Unsurpassed Performance Guarantee is limited to that portion of the total ALOFT-treated area claimed to having achieved unsatisfactory performance by the end user as follows:
    • If the ALOFT-treated problem area is identified to be 5% or less of the total treated area, Arysta LifeScience authorizes a second application at no cost to the end user.
    • If the ALOFT-treated problem area exceeds 5% of the total treated area, claim redemption will require a review of the designated area by an authorized Arysta LifeScience distributor in conjunction with an Arysta LifeScience representative to ensure correct identification of the source of the treatment problem.
    • Guarantee is valid only for claims on treated areas regarded as not achieving satisfactory performance. 

Settlement Claims:

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of identifying the problem treated area within the guarantee timeline.
